We teach by engaging all of the senses in learning with Zilokits, interactive lessons, labs and videos for teachers and other educators.

By targeting Kindergarten through 12th grade students, we encourage the development of environmentally sustainable habits that will lead our young people to come up with creative solutions for the future.

Our materials are designed to maximize those “ah-ha” moments in class, while having fun! The rule is “Please Touch!”, for our interactive labs and displays. We help your school district or parent community establish an energy education and conservation plan that helps preserve our environment and save money by reducing your school’s utility bills.

Zilowatt was founded by Silicon Valley entrepreneurs with a passion to promote sustainable living through innovative learning and conservation tools. We are a non-profit organization that is supported by volunteers, donations and grant funding where possible from local or regional utilities (including past support from DEED /American Public Power Association and the City of Palo Alto Utilities).
